mingw-w64-tools software package provides Development tools for 32- and 64-bit Windows, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mingw-w64-tools
mingw-w64-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mingw-w64-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mingw-w64-tools *
You will get with mingw-w64-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
